Ready to learn the mobile app?

The EasySet Mobile App.

With the EasySet mobile app, generate a fully written report, photos included, on-site and in real-time.

1

Create a new report

From the mobile app or web editor, create a new report by clicking "Create Report" and entering the facility's address.

2

Begin your inspection, one "section" at a time

From the mobile app, begin your inspection by selecting the "section" you plan on reviewing first. For example, if you choose to assess the interior first, select "Interior."

3

Identify and document your findings

When an issue is observed, select the "Area" in which the vulnerability is identified, e.g. "Main Office." Now that you've selected the area, choose the applicable vulnerability from a pre-loaded list of options.

4

Take pictures and notes in a flash

Using the mobile app, take photos of the vulnerability, which will be automatically inserted into your report. Add personal notes to each vulnerability by clicking "Add Notes" underneath the vulnerability title. These notes will not be visible in your final report.

5

Add pre-written recommendations on the go

As an option, select "Solutions," and easily choose from a list of pre-written recommendations and their references.

6

Rinse and repeat

Repeat this sequence as you tour the facility. When the walkthrough is complete, head back to the office, log in to your web editor, and begin fine-tuning your report.

Well done.

Ready to learn the web editor?

The EasySet Web Editor.

Create, draft, customize, edit and download all in one place.

1

Edit or create a new report from the web editor.

Reports created from the mobile app will automatically appear on your editor as soon as they're created. Reports can also be created directly on the web editor and without the use of the mobile app.

2

Everything is editable

As a rule of thumb, virtually all text fields are editable. Just click and begin typing anywhere. Add, edit, and delete freely.

3

Begin building or editing your report

To add content to your report, click "Add Section." Select the desired section from the dropdown (e.g., "Interior). Once selected, click "Add Area" and choose the desired area from the dropdown (e.g., "Office"). Then add the desired vulnerability and solutions. Upload pictures and images to your report by clicking "Add Images," which is located throughout the template.

4

References, executive summary, background and appendices

Each report includes a preloaded list of references. Edit or delete any of the references or add your own references if desired. Within the report, there are several blank spaces for the user to add executive summary content, external charts, graphs, blueprints, procedures, checklists, and more.

5

Preview and download your final report

To preview your report at any time, click "PDF Preview" in the top left corner. While in "draft mode," watermarked reports may be previewed an unlimited number of times. Once the report is finalized, click "Complete & Download" in the top left corner. A watermark-free report will be generated for download and print. Continue to edit and re-download the report an unlimited number of times for 90 days.

Let's learn how to customize your library.

Customize your EasySet library.

Customize EasySet by uploading your own library of vulnerabilities, recommendations, and references.

1

Customize your own library from the web editor

Permanently add your own sections, areas, vulnerabilities, and solutions to EasySet. In addition to having full access to a massive pre-written library of report content, add your own, accessible from the mobile app in the field, or the web editor.

2

How the EasySet database works

The EasySet database is a simple hierarchy. The topmost level of the hierarchy is the "Section" level (Perimeter, Building, Interior, etc.). Within every "Section," there are "Areas." Within every "Area," there are vulnerabilities, and within every vulnerability, there are solutions. Users may permanently add personalized content to any level of the hierarchy.

3

Adding new content to your private library

Using the web editor, click where you would like to add your custom content, e.g., Section, Area, Vulnerability, or Solution. At the bottom of the dropdown menu select, "Other."

4

Saving new content to your private library

After clicking "Other," enter your customized text and click "Add" to save it into your library. Make sure each entry is grammatically correct and re-usable for the next assessment.

Ready to add Risk Analysis and Prioritization?

Adding risk analysis and prioritization.

Intuitively add risk and priority rating to each vulnerability. Generate powerful charts and graphs.

1

Activate the risk feature

From the web editor, open a report and click "Add Risk Analysis" located beneath the scope and disclaimer. Scroll down to the body of the report, and on the left side of each vulnerability, there are two dropdown menus (Risk Level, and Mitigation Priority).

2

Apply a risk and priority rating to each vulnerability

From each dropdown, select the appropriate risk level and mitigation priority. Note: Risk Level and Mitigation Priority definitions are located beneath the scope and disclaimer.

3

Create an easy-to-read risk matrix

After assigning risk and priority to each vulnerability, scroll to the "Risk Analysis" section of the report. Click "Add Risk Analysis and Prioritization Summary" to generate an interactive matrix. Note: This matrix can be easily highlighted, copied, and pasted into a separate excel spreadsheet for additional analysis.

4

Automatically generate visual graphs

Beneath the risk matrix, there are three optional graphs to choose from. Each chart displays your data in slightly different ways. Add a comprehensive explanation of each figure by clicking "Add Chart Description" underneath the graph.

5

Quickly preview and download your report

While drafting, preview the report an unlimited number of times by clicking "PDF Preview" in the top left corner of your report. To spend a report credit, and download the report watermark-free, select "Complete & Download." Note: After selecting "Complete & Download," the report can be re-edited and re-downloaded an unlimited number of times for a period of 90 days.

Fine-tuning your Risk Analysis Features.
